Developed with Ridgeview Medical Center (RMC), Yanik’s services included developing a program identifying potential users, land selection and purchase, building financing, building and suite design, construction, and project ownership. The $4.5 million building cost included all tenant improvements. A year and a half after Yanik’s selection as the developer by RMC, and 10 months after construction started, the first tenants occupied the building.
The program developed for RMC reduced their risks, maintained their debt capacity for future projects, and kept them in control of the project. To ensure that RMC maintained their ability to meet future needs, the decision was made that Yanik would own the building and lease it back to RMC upon completion.
Yanik assisted RMC in meeting their facility and property development objectives for a community based ambulatory care center. The enriched interior spaces, achieved through unique environmental elements, generate continued delight and praise from tenants and customers of the Ridgeview Chaska Medical Plaza.
