On Wednesday, September 18, 2013, the Fridley Planning Commission recommended the Interlude project to the City Council. This project is a joint venture between Benedictine Health System, Allina Health System, Presbyterian Homes and Services, and the North Suburban Hospital District.
The proposed 50-bed, 46,000 square foot Transitional Care facility will be connected to the south side of Allina Unity Hospital in Fridley. Yanik is serving as Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager. Construction is expected to begin fall 2013.
