On Monday, October 14, 2013, the Fridley City Council unanimously approved the newly named Interlude Restorative Suites project that will be attached to Unity Hospital in Fridley, Minnesota. The proposed 50-bed, 46,000 square foot Transitional Care facility is a joint venture between Benedictine Health System (BHS) and Allina Health.
Yanik is serving as Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager for BHS on this project. Construction is anticipated to begin winter 2013. Congratulations!
