Site mobilization and construction for Interlude Restorative Suites, Fridley, Minnesota, commenced in the beginning of January, immediately following the closing of financing in December. The new 3-story, 45,550 square foot post-acute care facility will be attached to Unity Hospital.
The building will be owned and managed by the Benedictine Health System, with Allina Health as its partner. Interlude Restorative Suites will provide post-acute care patients with a clinically advanced, yet soothing environment in which to transition from hospital to home. It will consist of 50 beds, including 38 private guest rooms, two semi-private guest units and eight care suites. Congratulations!
