On March 31, 2014, Lakeview Clinic moved from their rental quarters in Chaska, Minnesota to its new Lakeview Professional Building located in Chaska, Minnesota. The 4-level, energy efficient, 54,500 square foot state-of-the-art Medical Office Building is situated on a 3.2 acre lake front site on the southwest corner of Pioneer Trail and Highway 41.
Lakeview Clinic occupies the entire first floor, and will share the second floor with several other medical tenants. The third floor will occupy two tenants. There are 20 parking spaces underground.
Yanik continues to serve as Design/Builder for the entire building project. Congratulations to everyone at Lakeview!
