Yanik Companies recently completed an Addition and Remodeling of the existing Glenwood Village Care Center in Glenwood, MN. The project consisted of numerous phases of remodeling to approximately 19,300 square feet of the existing facility with a 4,600 square foot addition. The project included adding new Administration Offices and Support in the Basement, new Therapy, an addition of a Town Center and 3 Neighborhood Kitchen Dining and Lounge areas with Family Dining Rooms. 15 new Resident Rooms where built to replace the rooms removed for the remodeling. The existing corridors of the facility received new paint, carpet and handrails.
