St. Crispin Living Community – Red Wing, MN

Yanik is pleased to announce that the Benedictine Health System has approved the next steps for project development for the new St. Crispin Living Community in Red Wing, MN. BHS has authorized the project team to move into the Design Development phase of the project, which is programmed to include 64 units of skilled nursing over two levels. All of the units are private with the building construction square foot total to be 35,580. The new building will be replacing the old skilled nursing facility and remain attached to the existing Assisted Living facility also owned and managed by BHS. Yanik is hired to be the Design/Builder of this new senior care facility.
