Demolition of the existing skilled nursing at the St. Crispin Living Community project in Red Wing, MN, is currently taking place. Work is scheduled to continue for the next two weeks, with the foundation and footings being removed soon after the building and materials are removed from the site. Coordination of this work has been of great importance, as the skilled nursing facility is attached to the assisted living Villa Building, which is operating with residents at the building fully occupied.
