Yanik is pleased to announce that the full building permit for the renovation work at Marian of St. Paul has been issued, with start of construction to begin in December. This effort will include the full renovation of four levels of skilled nursing and assisted living at the existing Marian building, which was converted from a hospital to senior care in the 1980%u2019s. The schedule of just under two years will update all living areas which will include 60 rooms of skilled nursing care, 60 rooms of transitional care /assisted living, all kitchen and dietary spaces, dens and living rooms, spas and nurse stations. The lighting controls will be upgraded to incorporate circadian rhythms with new LED fixtures. HVAC and plumbing will be completely updated with new piping, fan coil units and new unit fixtures. The work also includes a new roof. Yanik is the design/builder for the Benedictine Health System and Cereinty Senior Care. The total square feet of the work is 83,000 square feet.
