Work continues to progress at the Benedictine Living Community of Northfield. After a late groundbreaking in August 2018, the ongoing work includes continuing installation of the wall panels up to the third level. Underground parking with residential storage and common spaces including storage and user space is complete. Mechanical and electrical rough-in is ongoing. This senior living building consists of a mix of three levels of 98 units including independent living, assisted living and memory care and will be owned and operated by the Benedictine Health System.
