Yanik was recently hired to complete a Moratorium Exception Application for the Sandstone Skilled Nursing Facility in Sandstone, MN. Yanik has teamed with Pope Architects to complete the application before 2014 year-end. The includes a complete analysis of the existing facility. Yanik and Pope, through a series of meetings with the Sandstone staff, will also develop and submit an initial letter of intent to the State of Minnesota, and provide a narrative summary. The completed application will include a description of the project goals, preliminary drawings, cost estimate, project schedule and a description of renovation vs. replacement. The Yanik and Pope team will accompany the Sandstone staff in presentation to the State Board of Health.
