Significant progress is being made on the construction of Interlude Restorative Suites in Fridley, Minnesota. The new clinically advanced
3-story, 45,500 square foot post acute care facility will be connected via skyway to Unity Hospital. The building will be owned and managed by Benedictine Health System (BHS), partnering with Allina Health.
Construction began in January 2014 and is scheduled to be complete in November 2014. Yanik is serving as Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager for BHS.
