Benedictine Senior Living Community of St. Peter

Yanik provided the City of St. Peter and Benedictine Health System with project development and construction management services for the Benedictine Living Community of St. Peter, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility in St. Peter, MN. The 65,000 square foot facility, designed for 80 residents, is located on the River’s Edge Healthcare Campus, where Yanik served as the program manager for the City at the River’s Edge Hospital. They assisted in the selection of the new, 28-acre site and prepared a master campus plan including the integration of a new Critical Access Hospital, two medical office buildings, and a complete senior campus with long term care, assisted living and independent living apartments. It consists of four wings each hold twenty residents in settings that allow for maximum flexibility of services or segregation by client type. All units are private and feature full showers with safety flooring.
